Vincent McIlduff

CEO of ALT Design & Construction

A graduate of Belfast School of Architecture, Vincent began his career working in his family company which has been designing and manufacturing marble products for generations. Following that he accepted a position with prestigious architecture firm OMA, relocating to Holland to work on projects such as De Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Fondazione Prada in Milan, The Prada Transformer in Seoul, and TPAC in Taipei.

In 2013 Vincent relocated to Hong Kong with OMA, working on and helping to lead International projects such as the Taipei Performing Arts Centre, Beijing’s internationally renowned CCTV Tower, and SLEC in Shanghai.

In 2014, Vincent left OMA and founded ALT Design & Construction. Early clients included Hong Kong’s notorious Ce La Vi and Lombok’s most premium residential development — Selong Selo.

Today ALT is one of Hong Kong’s most well-known architecture and design firms, counting international brands like Pret A Manger amongst its loyal customers. Vincent’s unparalleled knowledge of Japanese property development has led to the firm currently managing over US$40 million in projects in Niseko and beyond, as well as spearheading notable local architecture and design projects such as Ovolo Hotel Group’s industry-disrupting Mojo Nomad Central.
