The villa’s exterior features natural wood accents, a thoughtful nod to the towering Japanese white ash trees that surround the property, helping the building blend harmoniously into the landscape.
Inside, the design is simple and functional, with spaces thoughtfully arranged to suit both relaxation and entertaining. A feature staircase, acting as the central spine of the home, connects its three levels physically and visually, creating a sense of flow and continuity.
The communal spaces, located on the top floor, are the villa’s centerpiece. With their high, vaulted ceilings, these areas feel spacious and grand, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings.
