The Sakka Hotel was an unbuilt concept designed for a private client, envisioned as a stylish and efficient retreat nestled in the heart of Annupuri, Niseko. Located close to the world-class ski slopes, the design aimed to cater to a young and adventurous clientele, combining functionality, modern aesthetics, and a connection to nature.

The structure was planned to be concrete, offering durability and clean, contemporary lines. Each hotel room featured a private balcony, carefully positioned to ensure privacy while framing stunning views of the surrounding forests and ski slopes. This focus on outward-facing vistas offered guests a deep sense of connection to the alpine environment.
