Powder Box is a low-cost solution in a market of very high construction costs. Modern and moderate, the project will house staff accommodation and guests who are on a budget.
The building will be prefabricated in China from Japanese standard materials and finishes. The building will then be shipped to and assembled on site.
The foundations and MEP systems will be installed locally prior to the delivery.
