ALT Design & Construction undertook a renovation of the revered property, creating a vibrant and modern lobby arrival for esteemed guests from around the world.
The redesign continues up into the 30+ storey building with all 160 hotel rooms being upgraded. ALT also designed and built two new exclusive luxury suites, made for the modern traveller.
The construction was carried out in phases, limiting closure of the hotel, with the majority of built-in furniture being produced off-site to speed up construction.
